VSS Task Force members presented stroke training at the annual EMS Symposium again this year. In spite of rising flood waters in Norfolk from Hurricane Ida, two courses were taught: Different strokes for Different Folks, by Dr. Bruce Lo, and, A Stroke of Good Luck, by Drs. Nina Solenski and Sabina Braithwaite. Both courses were well attended and received high marks in participant evaluations.
